The Twilight Saga : New Moon
Okay, now, who have not watched New Moon yet? If you havent, please go and run to the nearest cinema and watch it. Over the past 2 weekends, I have been watching New Moon like crazy, adding up their gross sales. Haha. I've read the whole Twilight Saga series again and again (I cant seem to stop!) and I must say that they do follow the book. Eventhough you can't simply expect the movie to be 100% by the book but its close enough. Their director, Chris Weitz, really manages to capture the essence of the book. Before I started babbling about what made me watch the movie over and over again like replaying a DVD or something, here's what the story is about. (just in case you didnt know or live in the cave.)

In the second installment of Stephenie Meyer's success of The Twilight Saga, the romance between the mortal and vampire soars to a new level as Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) was drawn into the world of supernaturals. Following her ill-fated 18th birthday, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and his family abandons the town of Forks, Washington, in an effort to protect her. With the help of her childhood friend, Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), Bella's heart began to heal. She had many adventures with Jacob, who has a secret that has to be kept, which also puts her into reckless activities. But when an enemy tried to attack Bella, she found out that Jacob is a werewolf and she then faces another potentially deadly reunion with her beloved Edward when he also wanted to end his life when he thought that Bella is gone. She then has to race against time when she decides who she cannot live without with.

Even now, I still feel like watching new moon again. Haha. Anyways, if you don't quite get the story so much, in which I doubt so if you had skipped watching the first installment : Twilight, I'd recommend you reading the book. Book always helps but hey, when you read the book, never ever put an high expectation on the movie because you can never expect all 500 pages fitted into a 2hr movie! But like I said, the essence is there. Oh, the visual effects are SUPERB!! The werewolves, the fighting scenes, everything! And ladies, I know you'd be oogling on the werewolves hot bods. Haha. I know, for the many times I've watched the movie in cinema, the screams of girls whenever they saw Taylor Lautner shirtless is never going away. For the guys, I have nothing much to say except for the fighting parts. Having said all that and watching the movie so many times, how can I not rate the movie 5/5? So, now, are you in Team Edward or Team Jacob? (:

keep a lookout for Avatar review! I'm so looking forward to that!

    Hello,

Ohwow! I loved New Moon. And Taylor Lautner shirtless,*FAINTZZZZ*. Personally, It was much better than Twilight. It followed the book closely, whereas Twilight left me hanging in the air.
My favourite part: The last scene when Edward would propose to Bella.
Ahhhh,It keeps me coming for moreeee, yeah!

    Kudos kudos!
